What does whitelist or blacklist email mean?
By adding a certain email to your whitelist, you enable it to get past all spam filters and into your inbox.
On the other hand, regardless of the content, if you add an email address to your blacklist, it will be prohibited. Additionally, you can blacklist an entire domain to prevent any emails from that domain from being sent.
