ISSUE:When using/running Smartermail on Webmail – using Internet Browser Firefox Mozilla version 31 – users may notice a lower size dialogue box.
REMARKS: The patch will be included in the next Smartermail version upgrade, according to the vendor.
Resolutions/Temporary Workarounds
- Firstly, Open Firefox browser
- Secondly, In address bar type ( about:config )
- Thirdly, Find the setting: === dom.disable_window_move_resize ===
- After that, set it to true.

Modal Dialog Window Size Differs in Chrome and Edge Browsers
ISSUE: When compared to Chrome, the modal dialogue window in the Edge browser is smaller. This results in the text in the modal dialogue being wrapped (the section which is associated with the modal window).
ROOT CAUSE: The Edge browser calculated the width incorrectly for the Auto-widths in the modal dialog.
