How to Change Domain's DNS
You can update the DNS for your domain name at your current registrar, which is the place where you registered it. There must be a page on their website where you can make changes. For more information, please contact your registrar.
If you subscribe to our Private Domain Name service, you will have access to our Private Domain Management System (PDMS), which allows you to manage your domain name.
What is a Nameserver?
A nameserver is a computer that stores DNS (Domain Name System) records in databases. DNS records can be searched and viewed using web browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. This instructs them on how to access the websites.
What is DNS?
The Domain Name System (DNS) transforms domain names into numbers, or IP addresses. Every website is frequently identified by numbers and IP addresses, which are read by computers. One of Google’s IP addresses, for example, is 172.217.14.228. 172.217.14.228 is the IP address that web browsers seek for when searching for Google. Its IP address is found in the Google Name Server records. DNS serves as the internet’s backbone, determining where each website is situated.
